Horses are absolutely amazing Teachers! They have an innate ability to be fully aware in their environment. Their ability to "feel" out their surrounding by non verbal cues is outstanding. When you pair them up with people in a setting that allows this free flowing intelligence to work its magic, the results are pretty insightful. Horses use these keen skills of sight, smell and feel to read a person to a deeper level then most think. Horses don't need to partner up with us, it is solely their choice. Unlike dogs, who are so deeply loyal, Horses are prey animals, so trust, fairness, and predictability are very crucial in forming a bond. EAL puts forth interactive obstacles that build on Leadership, body language, communication, teambuilding and confidence. Horses can really emphasize the meaning behind, " It is not what you say, but how you say it".
